Students, Staff, and Family from Elmira High School were Freezin for a Reason as they took the Polar Plunge into Cayuga Lake today, to support Special Olympics New York!
The YAC(Youth Activation Committee) and Plungers raised money to allow the athletes for Special Olympics to compete for Free. This year Elmira High School raised over $4400, topping our previous Plunge Record! Participants showed they truly CARE- with Love, Friendship, Cheer, Sunshine, and Inclusion for All, matching their Care Bear theme. We are immensely proud of our Express "Bears"!
