The district offers a full range of interscholastic sports. Programs for students in grades 7-12 normally require attendance at practice five or six days per week for 2 to 2.5 hours each practice. There is a selection process for teams that involve competition with other schools in our league and section.  The Express Athletics Department offers school sports beginning in Grade 7. Levels of competition are based on age, grade and ability, are generally organized by:


Modified Level (Grades 7-8)
Junior Varsity and Varsity (Grades 9-12)
Unified Sports, Inclusive Athletics (Grades 9-12)


Spring 2025 Sports Registrations Information

Registrations will open on Monday, February 17, 2025 for JV/V Sports (Grades 9-12) and on Friday, February 28, 2025 for Modified Sports (Grades 7 & 8)

JV/V Spring Sports include: B/G Lacrosse, Baseball, Girls Flag Football, Softball, Track & Field, and Boys Tennis. Tryouts will start 3/17/25 a finalized first day schedule will be posted once it's finished.
Modified Spring Sports include: Baseball, Softball, B/G Track & Field, B/G Lacrosse. Tryouts will begin on March 31, 2025. I finalized first day schedule will be posted once it's finished.

All athletes need a current physical on file in order to be cleared to play a Spring Sport. If you need a physical please attend one of these sessions below prior to the start of your season.  These sessions are free of charge; but each athlete needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. NO appointments are necessary.
 
3/13/25 - EHS 3:30pm - 4:30pm
3/27/25 - EDA 3:30pm - 4:30pm

You can reach out to the Athletic Office if you have any questions.  If you need specific information regarding your child's physical status, please reach out to the heath office of their school.  Athletic Office does not have access to health records or information.
