Instructional Application Requirements
  • Completed Application of Employment
  • A current resume
  • A Letter of Interest
  • Three written and signed current letters of reference, less than three years old. (Substitutes are only required to submit one written and signed letter of reference).
  • Letters must be signed by the person writing the reference. (Signatures that are computer-generated fonts or scripts are not acceptable.)
  • Copies of your undergraduate and graduate transcripts (no internet copies please. Must be on school letterhead)
  • Photocopy of your New York State teaching certification (New York State teaching Certification is not required for substitutes)
