TAX PAYMENTS | THREE WAYS TO PAY
Please use one of the three methods of payment listed below:

If dropping off after regular business hours, please use the Drop-Box located in the front of the Washington Administration Offices. This Drop-Box is locked and secure, and checked regularly by business office personnel. 

3.  PAY ONLINE, Credit Card/E-Check Options

Click a button below to pay your tax bill online using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover card or E-Check. Once you click a button, you will be directed to our online payment provider's site. A convenience fee of 2.65% for credit card payments and $1.50 per e-check transaction will be collected by the online payment provider, not by the Elmira City School District.

You can access all of your tax information on our district website. Just click on this link, input your criteria, and click "search." This link will also take you to a page where you can print your tax payment receipt:

The Elmira City School District in conjunction with GST BOCES has provided a Web site that allows anyone to access tax information on any property in the school district. The site allows visitors to look up tax rates and school code numbers as well as parcels by using any one of the following:

  • Last name, or
  • Map number, or
  • Bill number or
  • Street address.

This search engine works best with just one criteria selected.

All parcels that meet the criteria are listed below the Search button, and then click on the Key field to display the parcel. It shows the District, bill number, SWIS and map numbers, primary name, property description, assessed and taxable values, tax rate, STAR savings, tax due and date due, amount paid and date paid.
