Step 1: Online health survey.
Grab your smartphone or computer and
log in to your secure wellness portal. Note: You will be prompted to set up your account using your name and date of birth. The survey will ask you about your lifestyle, health habits, and overall wellbeing. Takes about 15 minutes.
Step 2: On-site biometric screening.
A registered nurse will measure your blood pressure, heart rate, abdominal girth, and BMI. They’ll also take a small sample of blood through a finger stick (no blood draw!) to get your cholesterol, triglycerides, blood glucose numbers within minutes. And don’t worry—you don’t need to fast beforehand. Your nurse will chat with you about your results and offer useful recommendations and resources to help you take steps toward healthier living. Takes about 20 minutes.
