Our Broadway Academy students and staff, in partnership with the Town of Southport and Valu Home Center, unveiled an anniversary mural on Monday with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Public art makes urban spaces more beautiful, encourages us to pause and interact with our environment, and reminds us of important people and events.
Broadway Academy students in Mrs. Solometo’s Community Arts Class have partnered with the Town of Southport and Valu Home Center to celebrate the Town of Southport’s 200th Anniversary through a mural project.
