1. Submit Registration Documents through our Online Secure Document Portal. Parents/Guardians will need to take a photo with your smartphone or scan the completed paper documents to attach and upload. Other required documentation, such as Address Verification documents, Health Information forms from your doctor, immunization records, and others, can be uploaded. 2. Full Registration Packets can be printed from District website. Completed packets can be dropped off to the District Administration Building located at 430 W Washington Ave. A secure drop-box can be found at the Washington Administration building for after hours and contact-free drop off. The drop-box will be accessible during regular meal distribution times of 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. daily and from 8 a.m. – Noon at District Administration.
