The Express Athletics Department offers school sports beginning in Grade 7. Levels of competition are based on age, grade and ability, are generally organized by:


Modified Level (Grades 7-8)
Junior Varsity and Varsity (Grades 9-12)
Unified Sports, Inclusive Athletics (Grades 9-12)

Winter Sports Information
JV/Varsity Sports Sign Ups begin 10/18/24 (on Final Forms)
Modified Sports Sign Ups begin 11/2/24 (on Final Forms)

Sports Physicals will be available on the following dates: 
11/12/24 at EHS 3:30 - 5:00pm
11/21/24 at EDA 3:30 - 5:00pm
All athletes must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. No appointment necessary first come first serve basis.
