1. Submit Registration Documents through our Online Secure Document Portal. Parents/Guardians will need to take a photo with your smartphone or scan the completed paper documents to attach and upload. Other required documentation, such as Address Verification documents, Health Information forms from your doctor, immunization records, and others, can be uploaded. 2. Full Registration Packets can be printed from District website. Completed packets can be dropped off to the District Administration Building located temporarily located at Alumni Hall on Elmira College campus. Click here to access the Registration Forms:
