Looking for a district form?
Staff can find forms in the Document Library, posted on the left hand sidebar of this page. This is part of the Sharepoint system that the Elmira City School District is now using. Only authorized District staff have access to this information. Log in using your email name and password. If you are looking for a form that is not listed, or if you have a form that should be listed, please email Pam Hawthorne at email@example.com.
Staff can submit purchase requisitions electronically
Purchase requisition forms are available online. Staff are encouraged to submit them electronically to their department or school secretary by email.
Select rooms in the district are available for use by school and community groups. Anyone interested in reserving a room should fill out the Facility Use Form and Hold Harmless Agreement, then return both forms to Marietta Nemier at Maintenance. Please allow 10 working days for the form to be processed. Permission to use facilities is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
