The Academic Quiz Team competes in the 12 team
Twin Tier Quiz League against regional schools from the New York State
and Pennsylvania areas.

Bible Club - The Bible Club meets once a
week and discusses everyday issues with a Christian attitude.

The Color Guard is a group of skilled young woman that perform during
football games half time shows and in holiday parades. They work
closely with the SHS Band.

National Honor Society
- Students with an
89.6 overall average for two years are eligible for NHS. A student
must also meet a community service component.

Club - The Ski Club is very popular among
Southside's Ski Enthusiasts. It takes the students to a ski
resorts on an annual basis during the winter season.

made up of representatives from each of the school's classes and clubs.
