Text Box: Technology Monthly was established November 2003. The idea for a Technology newsletter to be passed out to students and staff was the idea of two sixth grade girls. Megan Forsyth and Erika Huffman presented this idea to Mr.Kiereck in the Fall of 2003. After some thought and work the first edition was published at the end of November 03'.As time went on the newsletter grew from a one sided flyer about Mr. Kiereck's Tech classes to a four page newsletter that includes activities from 6-8 grade Tech classes as well articles from technology in our world. Recently articles have been added to cover happenings around school such as schools dances, sports and other teachers classroom activities. The logo was designed in collaboration with Mr.K and the 2003-2004 newsletter staff. The two stars on the sides symbolize the two students who established the newsletter. Our mission is to promote technology literacy and the activities and events at Broadway Middle School. Editor- Mr.Kiereck
