Distribution of information to students

The Elmira City School District allows outside agencies to distribute approved information to students. Examples include flyers, brochures and registration forms.

To receive approval, one copy of the item to be distributed must be submitted for approval to Kathleen Costello or Pamela Hawthorne at the Administration Building.

Once the item is approved, agencies will be responsible for providing enough copies for every student. Documents must be bundled in groups of 25 and labeled by school.

There is no cost for this service.
