Public Access to Records

Access to public records shall be made available in accordance with the New York Freedom of Information Law ("FOIL"), Public Officer's Law Sections 84 et seq.)

Requests for public records shall be submitted on an Application for Public Access to Records form (click here) to the District Records Access Officer, who shall furnish to the public the information and records required by the Freedom of Information Law.
