HIGH SCHOOL COUNSELING PROGRAM

Note to Parents from the EFA High School Counselors:

In order to design a program to meet the needs of Elmira Free Academy students, we are asking you to help us by identifying some needs that you believe your child might have. Please read each statement and circle the number that reflects the level of assistance that you believe your child needs in that area.
