How to set up a parent/teacher conference

Each team meets 2-3 times a week to plan curriculum and organize team events. This time is also used to meet with parents when there is a problem or when parents seek feedback on their son's/daughter's progress. Either the teachers will request a meeting through their grade-level school counselor or the parent can call the counselor to arrange a meeting. If you have concerns or would like to touch base with your child's teachers, call your grade-level counselor to arrange a meeting.

Students will be dismissed at 11 a.m. on the following days for parent/teacher conferences: November 27, December 5, February 6 and February 14. Evening conference times will be available on December 5 and February 6.
Call your child's counselor if you would like to meet with his/her teachers. You may receive a call from your child's counselor if the teachers would like to meet with you.
If you are unable to attend a conference during the school day but have concerns, you can arrange a phone conference through the school counselor. The counselor will give you the time and date to call and the main office (735-3401) will connect you to the teachers' meeting room.
