Data Analysis and Reporting
Statewide assessments provide comparative data related to student performance. Statewide assessments provide comparative information related to performance of subgroups. Benchmark assessments provide data related to implementation of the local curriculum. Classroom assessments provide data to share with students and parents, providing timely feedback on performance against standards and performance indicators. Report cards and other reporting tools are aligned with standards and performance indicators. Data sources such as failure rates, dropouts, attendance, college admissions and post-graduate surveys are used to help to analyze performance data.
Collaborative review of student performance data, including data disaggregated by subgroups, informs action planning, strategic planning and school and district accountability processes.
